Lesson 1 - Logging In to Your Account

Ready to get started? Then log in to your account.

Your administrator has set up a CSR account for you. Using the user name and password you received, log in to your account.

To log in to RPM:

1. Open a web browser (Internet Explorer).
2. In the browser’s address field, enter the following URL:

   

   The login page is displayed:

   

3. Enter your user name and password, and then click Login.

The RPM home page is displayed. Notice the menu bar; it is how you will access the features in RPM. Most of your work will be done on the Account Management menu.
