As part of provisioning a customer, you assign a VoIP device (telephone) to their account.
Use RPM to maintain an inventory of the VoIP devices. Momentum does not control these resources; it simply needs to "know" about them in order to associate the VoIP service with it (via MAC address).
There are two ways to add VoIP devices:

The Device Management page is displayed.
This is optional; however, if you want the device to be available for provisioning to a customer, you should select the group name now.
The Device Management page is displayed again; the device you added is included in the Device listing group.
