Setting Up and Maintaining the System (Admin)

For RPX administrators.

Before you can sell VoIP services, you must set up your system. As a RPX administrator, you are responsible for these initial startup tasks, and for maintaining the system on an ongoing basis.  The following illustration walks you through the process for setting up your system:

• Add a CSR or other users to RPX
• Set access permissions for a user
• Create groups to organize your customers
• Request unassigned telephone numbers (DIDs)
• Add VoIP devices one at a time, or in bulk
